Many people feel more comfortable and healthier when they eat more in their daily diet or eat more fruit instead of drinking juice.  The best way to detox your body should be the one that makes you feel comfortable when doing it and see tangible results both physically and mentally.

The phrase "detox the body" has become popular and the detoxification method by green eating method are increasingly being applied by more and more people around the world.  However, to effectively detox the body is not easy, because doing it wrong can lead to counterproductive effects.  The key to successful detoxification of the body is to understand the do's and don'ts.

 - You should eat "clean" to detox the body effectively

Eating clean here means eating foods that have not been chemically processed, organic foods or fresh foods.  Eating clean means you should let these foods make up the majority of your green diet plan. As for meat, you should eat more chicken and beef instead of pork.  This is not only to limit the amount of saturated fat found in the meat, but also to avoid as much lean chemicals and growth stimulating drugs as possible.  You just need to make sure to eat fresh food, don't eat canned food, fast food and to clean food thoroughly before cooking to limit the amount of harmful chemicals that contaminate the body.

- It is recommended to use organic food groups which are vegetables, fruits, grains,..which are grown naturally, completely no fertilizers, pesticides, no antibiotics, growth stimulating drugs during development or post-harvest preservatives. This is a group of 100% clean and healthy foods, when eaten, the body will not produce toxins, nutrients are optimally absorbed, suitable for both infants and children or the elderly.

- You should reduce the use of ready-to-eat and packaged foods as filtered flour, white bread, refined sugar, dairy products, ice cream, etc., because they have been refined and synthesized through the process of refining and synthesis, not completely natural food.  Instead, it is necessary to increase the intake of whole grains as brown rice because brown rice contains a full range of vitamins (B3, B6, B12 ...) and natural minerals (zinc, iron ...) needed to nourish the body healthy with strong bones.

- Vegetables should be eaten to supplement vitamin C. Vitamin C in vegetables does not make oxalic acid in the body too high so synthetic vitamin C should not be used in place of vegetables.

Foods rich in vitamin C in nature include fresh apples, citrus, hawthorn, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and many other vegetables.  Eating them in moderation can fulfill the body's daily vitamin C needs.

Because green eating to detox the body, it is necessary to eat a lot of organic vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C as cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, pineapples, etc. will help the digestive system work more smoothly, or apples, squash, celery, onion… will help clean the liver and prevent and remove toxins from your body.  It is best to eat them raw by processing them into juices or salads to get the most micronutrients.
