1- Get more growth hormone

If you don't get 7-9 hours of sleep every night, your body won't release growth hormone.  So getting enough sleep and waking up at the same time every day of the week is the way to get the most out of it.

Another option to release growth hormone during sleep is to practice intermittent fasting.  Stopping eating at least 2 hours before bedtime will create 9-11 hours of fasting.

This disruption allows intestines to rest, separate them from daily digestive activities, and the body can easily release and balance many other beneficial hormones.

However this type of fasting is not for everyone so let’s find a diet method that works best for you.

2- Eat foods rich in Omega 3

Many scientific studies have shown that Omega 3 fatty acids stimulate the production of growth hormone thereby enhancing ability to develop muscle.

Moreover, research shows that eating foods containing Omega 3 fatty acids also lowers cholesterol and triglycerides thereby preventing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

You can get omega 3 from walnuts, chia seeds, and macadamia nuts by adding them to cereals, yogurts, and juices.

Antioxidants have the ability to slow down the aging of skin as well as organs in the body.  Not only that, it also helps reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer because the task of antioxidants is to find and destroy free radicals in the body - this is the cause of cancer.

Foods rich in antioxidants include: green tea, blueberries, chia seeds, almonds, vegetables, etc.

4- Drink lots of water, fruits and vegetables

No one can deny the role of water with the freshness of human body.  Water helps the skin maintain moisture, boosts metabolism, and eliminates toxins from the body.

Fruits and vegetables help supplement vitamins and minerals, especially vegetables containing vitamin E will help the skin always maintain its youthfulness and this is also a very important antioxidant.

Vegetables and fruits are rich sources of fiber which helps digestion process, reducing the load on the body in storing fat.
